  4. Restart Windows for any changes to take effect!
  5. ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES!

  7. XPMP8HB.REG Media Player 8 High encoder
  8. - Sets the Mp3 encoding bitrate to High Quality (default is 56kbps)
  9.  
  10. WINXPCR.REG - Comment Remover
  11. - Removes the "Comments?" text from within Windows and sets a blank
  12. statement
  13.  
  14. UNREGISTER.BAT
  15. Registers regsvr32.exe and executes REGDONE.REG registering Windows
  16.  
  17. REGDONE.REG
  18. Sets the Regdone key in the registry to "1" which tells Windows Update
  19. that you are a registered user
  20.  
  21. WINXPCPS.REG - Clear Page File at Shutdown
  22. This will clear the page file at every shutdown, it is a security
  23. measure so that 3rd parties cannot read your swap file
  24.  
  25. Please note that UNREGISTER.BAT must be run in the same folder as
  26. REGDONE.REG to complete registration. If you prefer, you can also
  27. double click on REGDONE.REG yourself.
